Sign up for Manor Beach begins Friday, February 14. Be sure to apply before Friday, February 28 (the "Deadline") to ensure that your application is included in the potential lottery. If we receive completed applications in excess of our membership limit, a lottery system will be put into effect. Any application submitted after this Deadline will not be included in the lottery; with no exceptions.

An email will be sent to all applicants no later than March 20 notifying them as to whether their application was selected in the lottery drawing. If we receive completed applications at or below our membership limit, no lottery system will be put into effect. In that case, all applications submitted on or before the Deadline will be accepted, and any subsequent applications will be accepted until we hit our capacity limit.

Membership passes are never mailed. You may pick them up at the beach office starting, Monday, May 19 through May 23 from 12 pm to 4 pm.  After those dates you can pick up your passes during regular beach hours.

For the security of your membership cards we will ask you to provide a valid Larchmont ID on pick up. A Driver’s license with Larchmont residence or utility bill will suffice.
